About the Role
If you’re a fully SAA Accredited Solar PV & Battery Storage Installer with proven experience across residential and/or commercial installations, this is your opportunity to join a company that values quality workmanship, great attitudes, and team spirit (with a bit of banter along the way).
In your role, you will:
- Supervise and guide installation teams delivering Solar PV systems, battery storage solutions, and associated electrical works in the field.
- Manage customer concerns by assessing issues, investigating root causes, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Confidently complete projects independently, including small-scale installations without supervision.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and provide operational support to the wider Operations team.
As the Successful Candidate You Will
- Hold an A-Grade Electrical License
- Hold Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) Accreditation
- Hold a Current Driver’s License
- Be willing to travel (VIC regions) is an advantage
- Have the ability to effectively manage time
- Work autonomously, within a team and direct apprentices
- Be dedicated to the role with a positive, can-do attitude
- Be proactive in ensuring a safe work environment
- Understand the importance and adhere OH&S compliance
