To be eligible for the 10-Year Money Back Guarantee, the customer must have purchased a Potis Edge, Hiconics, Growatt, or Goodwe home storage battery (the “Product”) from Auspro Group Pty Ltd. This promotion applies only to the battery and its associated installation costs.
The 10-Year Money Back Guarantee covers the full cost of the Product, including the purchase price and installation fee.
A refund will only be granted if, during the 10-year period from the installation date, the customer’s electricity savings do not at least equal the total cost of the Product (including both the battery and installation).

The Back To Base Monitoring service is a dedicated remote diagnostics service provided by Auspro Group Pty Ltd for the Potis Edge home storage battery. This service allows Auspro Group to remotely monitor and diagnose the battery’s performance and ensure it is functioning optimally.
This monitoring service is for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
There is no additional charge for the Back To Base Monitoring service, as it is complimentarily included with the purchase of the Potis Edge home storage battery.
Any faults or issues that are caused by external factors not related to the product’s performance or maintenance will not be covered under this service.
This promotion is available to any customer who purchases a PotisEdge home storage battery from Auspro Group Pty Ltd.
This promotion is capped at $500. Only the last electricity bill, issued after the installation of the PotisEdge battery, is eligible for reimbursement.
